This game was a created in a team of 5. The total time to completion was only two weeks. We programmed in AS3 and used the Flixel library heavily. The game is a bit hard to explain but I'll try. Basically, it's a planet battle in which the player must guide their planet-head around space, picking up asteroids and flinging them at enemy planets in order to score points.
The big important lesson of this project was time management. It was only two weeks, so there was no time to waste. I mean, there was hardly time to not-waste.
I had to become a jack-of-all-trades for this project. With games like this, the concept is simple but fires break out at random, and there's simply no time to phone a friend (or in this case, a stranger).
